Step 1 Identify

Here at Remediation Consultants, Inc. we use the latest technology to identify the location of the mold growth as well as identify the cause and location of the moisture intrusion. If there is mold present rest assured we will find it!

Step 2 Contain

We seal off all the affected areas, seal vents to prevent spreading, & block doorways with plastic containment walls.

Step 3 Kill

We use biocides and fungicides. We never paint over affected areas because paint may actually serve to feed hidden mold populations under the surface.      

Step 4 Remove

Mold growth, stains, & odor will all be removed, porous materials (ceiling tiles) will be removed & disposed of as stipulated by EPA standards. We use a HEPA filter vacuum that removes odor & dangerous spores that may remain after surface mold is removed

Step 5 Protect

We remove moisture in the environment by drying fabrics, spraying fungicidal coating & applying clear plastic coating spray for wood surfaces, such as decks.
